Dian Mughni Fellicia
Dian Mughni Fellicia is a PhD candidate at Swinburne University of Technology, supervised by Professor Akbar Rhamdhani. Her research focuses on the hydrogen reduction of secondary source slags in both solid and liquid states. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering (ITS, Indonesia) and a Master's degree in Light Metals Production (NTNU, Norway). Her current project explores the use of molecular and plasma hydrogen to reduce copper(II) oxide (CuO) and hematite (Fe₂O₃) in iron-containing slags into metallic copper and iron. Starting from pure oxide systems, her work has advanced to complex slag processing and reaction kinetics, aiming to investigate the potential of low-emission methods for metal recovery.
