We are pleased to announce that we have two new partners joining HILT CRC – The Queensland Government through the Department of Regional Development, Manufacturing and Water and the Australian Steel Institute.

The Department of Regional Development, Manufacturing and Water (QLD Government) will work with HILT across a range of initiatives and will provide valuable input into the Queensland regional hub.

The Australian Steel Institute (ASI) represents the entire steel supply chain, from primary steel producers through to end users in building and construction, resources, fabrication, civil engineering, heavy engineering and manufacturing. ASI will bring valuable perspective on the global industry state-of-play. The partnership with ASI reinforces HILT’s engagement with other peak bodies in heavy industry including the Australian Aluminium Council and Cement Industry Federation.

HILT CEO Felicity Lloyd says, ‘I welcome both organisations and look forward to working together to de-risk decarbonisation for heavy industry.’
