Taryn Guyers is the Research and Operations Manager at HILT CRC, where she supports and coordinates collaborative research as well as education and training programs for emerging researchers. She works closely with researchers, industry partners and students to deliver programs including scholarships, industry internships and professional development opportunities. With a background in biotechnology and over seven years of experience in the bioanalytical industry, Taryn specialises in scientific project management, guiding projects from inception through to completion with a strong focus on quality and precision. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology with First Class Honours from Flinders University and has completed further training in project management through RMIT Online.
