Saindhav is a graduate from University College London and a chartered engineer with an extensive background in business re-engineering, strategy deployment, and operational process improvement. He has over 20 years’ experience leading product R&D and engineering design teams in Europe, Canada, China and Australia across high technology industries including defence, high volume consumer electronics and mobile and satellite communication sectors. Saindhav has led projects with government, academia and industry on business sustainability and innovation adoption and led government policies and programs on advanced manufacturing and process engineering in South Australia. Saindhav was directly involved in preparation of the original Hydrogen Roadmap for South Australia in 2017. He is currently Program Manager Hydrogen within the Department for Energy and Mining with responsibility for state government coordination with the National Hydrogen government working group and with developers of large-scale sustainable renewable energy and green hydrogen production projects in South Australia.
