Bill te Kloot
Bill te Kloot is a Director, Company Secretary, and Governance Professional with strong analytical and planning skills, and a broad background in all aspects of financial and administration management and corporate governance. This experience has been gained in a wide selection of industries (sugar, coal, retail, waste management, marine transport and technology) and in both public and private companies. Bill has 23 years’ experience as a non-executive Director, and as Chair of Audit, Finance, and Risk Committees. He is a former Director of JKTech Pty Ltd, and a past National President of Governance Institute of Australia. He is currently a Director of CRC ORE Ltd, and Chair of its Audit, Compliance and Risk Management Committee, where he has served for the full 12-year life of the CRC. Bill holds an MA in Systems in Management from Lancaster University, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland. He is a Fellow and Life Member of Governance Institute of Australia, and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
